Sunset Cove offers plenty of room to roam with miles of trails to walk or ride your golf cart. The trails meander through woods and fields. The fields are great for a game of Frisbee with your dog. There are resting places where you can sit and read or enjoy the birds and deer that make themselves at home there. There’s old home sites you can explore or check out the hand dug stone lined well and foundations around the old stage coach stop. You don’t have to stick to the trails if you would rather explore the woods and the many animals living there. There is also an open area set aside for residents who might be interested in growing a vegetable garden. Sunset Cove is the only community on Lake Anna with a park for its residents. Community Features
Sunset Cove offers a variety of ways to stay entertained and in great physical shape at the same time. There is a large salt water pool located by the club house. There is lots of room to sunbath after swimming a few laps. Salt water is known for it’s healing powers and is much more user friendly than chlorine pools. The clubhouse has 2000 sq.ft. of entertainment area on the upper floor with great views of the lake and pool. There are 3 large screen TV’s available so you never miss your favorite sports team. The 36′ long bar is hand made from walnut and cedar trees that were harvested during the road construction. Behind the bar is a locker for each resident to store their team mugs and their private stock of refreshments. The full kitchen makes serving the pot luck dinners convenient You can always find a neighbor or two there for happy hour or a card game. The 2000 sq.ft. fitness center at the pool level has more than enough bikes, elliptical, stair-master, tread mills, weight lifting machines and free weights to keep anyone young and healthy.

Covered Boat Houses
All of the property owners in Sunset Cove have a covered boat house where they can keep their boat stored on a lift, out of the water when it’s not in use. The boat ramp is 14′ wide with a gentle slop, so what are you waiting for…Let’s go Fishing!
